Mentoring that works around the workday
A group of 8 to 20 employees mentors high school juniors and seniors at your workplace twice a month during the school year. We bus students from school, lead each session, and handle screening and training on site.

A short attendance and student-progress report.
We run the session. Your people bring the real-world perspective.
Sessions can cover resumes, interviews, budgeting, careers in your field, and the questions students do not always get to ask.

One-to-one sponsorship

Covers screening, training, and match support for one young person and mentor for a year.
Workplace program

Supports a 10-match workplace mentoring program.
Release-time option: employees can mentor one-to-one at a nearby school during the workday.
